It is mandatory to book your session at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. This allows the consultant to ensure his/her availability. In case the client books a session less than 3 days in advance and the consultant is not available for it, the client will be refunded but a transaction fee of 1.00 (one) euro will be retained by MoreAbout.
In case the client cancels the session at least 72 hours before its beginning, he/she will receive a refund but 1.00 (one) euro will be retained by MoreAbout for compensation of transactional costs.
In case the client cancels the session within 72 hours of its beginning, no refund will be provided, except if discussed directly between the client and the consultant and the consultant agrees with refunding the client. In this case, the client needs to forward the e-mail conversation between him and the consultant to MoreAbout before the original beginning time of the session. In case the consultant accepts to waive his/her payment and refund the client, 1.00 euro will be retained from the client by MoreAbout as compensation for transaction costs.
Yes, this is possible if discussed directly between the client and the consultant and both agree to hold the session on another date. In this case, the party who requested rescheduling (client or consultant) needs to forward the e-mail conversation between both parties to MoreAbout before the original beginning time of the session.
A session will only be rescheduled when the other party agrees to the request. Otherwise, the original time of the lesson is valid. It is not possible to reschedule a session with a different consultant or with a different duration.
Problems and absence of a consultant in a session need to be reported via email to [email protected] within 24 hours of the end time of the session. If no problem or absence is reported after 24 hours of the end of session time, no refund can be claimed.
The main requirement is the willingness to share your journey. However, at this moment, we only accept consultants who possess a bank account from a country located in the European Union due to bureaucratic reasons. After the completion of our enrollment form, the consultants will be accepted or not based mainly on our current demand.
The price per hour is determined by the consultant. The prices should range from 20 euros to 300 euros per hour.
Every consultant in MoreAbout needs to pass through an identification check. However, we cannot check the veracity of all information provided in their biographies and profiles. Therefore, it is important that before the lesson you have a look at their LinkedIn and other websites that might provide evidence on the reliability of the information provided by the consultants and check the consultant rate provided by other clients. In case you want to report the profile of a consultant who is presenting untrue information, you can contact us and we guarantee the anonymity of your report.
